Module II: Neurosensory Integration: Advanced Theory and Application
This course covers “The Early Years”; early detection and intervention for Sensory Processing and Neurodevelopmental Disorders. In depth advanced level theory and application and up to date research relating to Sensory Processing Disorder and other Neurodevelopmental Disorders will be addressed. It also covers advanced level neurointegrative exercises, inhibition of retained primitive reflexes, clinical case management and application within a chiropractic practice.
This course if offered through Sensory Development Seminars. It is appropriate for chiropractors, chiropractic students, and chiropractic assistants.
Prerequisites:
None. However, Module I of Intersect4kids (same as the ICPA Neurosensory Integration Module) is recommended either prior to or within a six month period after taking Module II should an individual which to take the entire certification program.
